ALVIN S. SIMPLETON SAYS SOME FOLKS HERE IN TENNESSEE DONE GONE CRAZY

I read the following two stories in my hometown newspaper the Knoxville News Sentinel.

Them politicians in Nashville what suppose to pass laws for the people are trying to pass a bill called the “Tennessee Health Freedom Act” that says in the House version that residents have the right to refuse to buy health care insurance. The Senate version goes even further. It declares that residents of Tennessee can ignore the Federal law and directs the state attorney to file a lawsuit to stop implementation and defend citizens who refuse to obey the Federal law.

Why the legislators are going through this exercise in futility is beyond my understanding. The State Attorney done told them the law they trying to pass is unconstitutional and has indicated he will not file a suit to prevent implementation or defend citizens who disobey.

Some crazy dude named Huff came all the way to East Tennessee from Georgia to take over a small town called Sweetwater and free another dude named Walter Fitzpatrick who was on trial for inciting a riot. Walter Fitzpatrick believes Obama has no right to be president. He came to town to execute a citizen’s arrest of public officials who refused to indict President Obama for treason. Huff was armed with three hand guns and an AK-47.

Now here is the kicker: Huff told everybody he talked to including the State trooper who stopped him for a traffic violation and the FBI what he planned to do. So much for the smarts of birthers and militiamen.
