The country is supposedly in a recession, but you the way the Republican party is able to raise money sho’ don’t look like we in a recession to me.
Several groups favoring the GOP have raised $56 million to give to GOP candidates this year to help defeat them democrats.
Republican congresswoman Michele Bachmann of Minnesota done raised $5.4 million dollars in the last quarter.
But that woman in Nevada, Sharron Angle, who is challenging Harry Reid for the senate, did Michele one better. Angle raised $14 million in the third quarter.
Them Republicans, man, they experts at raising money. They done raised 75.4 million dollars, and that aint hay.
The government is running a humongous deficit. Well, now, why don’t them Republicans donate some of that money to the US treasury?
